Who we are

About Flourish Arts & Events

Flourish Arts & Events was founded to bring bold creativity, professional production, and deep community connection into every project we touch.

We specialize in designing, producing, and growing arts-based events that serve both artists and communities — creating platforms where creativity can thrive, businesses can benefit, and neighborhoods can come alive.

Our work blends the artistry of cultural programming with the precision of event operations, ensuring every detail — from artist experience to audience flow — is thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed.

Our Mission

To create inclusive, high-quality arts and event experiences that elevate artists, strengthen communities, and inspire people to connect through creativity.

Led by Experience

Jill Osiecki — Founder & Creative Director

Flourish Arts & Events is led by Jill Osiecki, an award-winning arts producer, and artist with more than a decade of experience producing some of the Midwest’s most respected art fairs and cultural events.

Jill’s career in arts and events began at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West (formerly Buffalo Bill Historical Center) in Cody, Wyoming, where she worked in exhibitions, education, and event programming — gaining a deep foundation in museum-quality presentation, visitor experience, and cultural storytelling. She went on to help produce Cody High Style, one of the region’s premier Western arts and fashion events, further developing her skills in large-scale creative production and public engagement.

Jill later moved back to her home state of Minnesota, where she became a driving force behind the transformation and long-term success of the Uptown Art Fair, one of Minnesota’s largest and most prestigious fine art events. Over more than a decade, she led the fair through significant growth, reinvention, and resilience — including new locations, record-breaking attendance years, pandemic pivots, and innovative programming that kept the event thriving through times of major change.

In addition to stewarding the Uptown Art Fair, Jill created and launched dozens of new arts and community events, including immersive art experiences, neighborhood festivals, markets, pop-ups, and cultural activations designed to support artists while revitalizing commercial districts and public spaces.

What sets Jill apart is her dual identity as both producer and practicing artist. Her work spans mixed media, mosaic, crop art, and nature-inspired installations, and her pieces have been featured in exhibitions, fairs, and public displays. This artist-first perspective informs every decision at Flourish — from juried processes and booth layouts to marketing, storytelling, and artist care.
